return/exchange policy

It is our goal that every product you buy from Canton CBD meets your expectations. Although we can't guarantee all products will work the way you want them to, we can guarantee that all products are what they say they are with verifiable, 3rd party labs to prove it. 

Products can be exchanged or returned for in-store or online credit within 30 days of purchase if unopened and in original packaging, smokable/vape cartridges and disposables excluded except in the event of manufacture defect, at the discretion of Canton CBD staff.

In the event of manufacture defect, product(s) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days, subject to Canton CBD discretion. If a vape device is clogging, see FAQ for tips and tricks. Once a disposable vape or cartridge has been used, it in non-returnable through Canton CBD but may be exchangeable through the manufacturer directly, see individual manufacturers for details. 

Flower is not eligible for return or exchange.

Opened edibles are not eligible for return or exchange, except in rare event of manufacturer defect. All returns are at the discretion of Canton CBD staff.

WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO MAKE YOU HAPPY AND WORK HARD TO VET THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS AVAILBE TO MEET THIS GOAL.
